Resizing an image
| Images can be reduced while retaining (or sometimes even improving) the image quality. Enlarging an image will result in pixelation of the image and is not recommended. There are two main ways to alter the physical size of an image. | ||||

Altering the Image Size will resize the entire image to match the new dimensions selected. The Constrain Proportions box must be ticked to ensure that the image remains in proportion. |

Altering the Canvas Size does not resize the image but changes its viewable area. Width and height need to be entered seperately and the image will be cropped during the process. The Anchor function determines from which corner of the image the cropping will take place. |
